Hi John,

Trough Google allerts 'TRIZ' I have found your very interesting blogs on TRIZ. Also your contribution to the TRIZ journal I liked very much! I am really a TRIZ addept (unfortunately one of the few within our company and in the country) and I am trying to embed TRIZ in our company into DfSS umbrella: QFD / optimization SS or TRIZ and FMEA.

At the moment I am pushing for a change described above; this becasue of globalization of our business and finding value of the parts (ofcourse mainly focused on our part - European site). Products are being made in China (Best Cost Production location) more and more. US part is setting up to be NPD site. For Europe the added value is (in my point of view) finding the needed experience of our customers and make new connections in the web by cocreation / communication and setting up technical learning structures (finding flow wastes and looking for ways to solve).

Regards, Albert
